The other pieces in this series: Kurama [link] Hiei [link] I'll say this much; besides the same techniques used, I think the theme of this series of Yu Yu Hakusho fan art seems to be blood....heh heh, oops. Didn't do that on purpose....
Even though he was not the first of the Yu Yu Hakusho characters I drew in this particular series of drawings, I think he's a big unsung hero of the series. He really does rock. And he likes kitties. Hee hee.
***TECHNIQUE*** This is watercolor paper. I started out with a light sketch and purposely kept everything rough. Everything on here is a combo of Prismacolor chalk pastels, watercolor, Prismacolor watercolor pencils, and Crayola color pencils.
